# Partner programme terms

## The programme

The Beamline partner programme is offered by Danylo Pravda, trading as Beamline UI, Kyiv, Ukraine. Anyone can join for free from [Referrals in their Beamline account](https://beamline.io/account/referrals) or on the programme's sign-up page. It runs on Rekomi, a service of Uplup Inc. (Miami, USA), which gives you your link, records the sales it brings, holds your commission and pays it. By joining you accept these terms and [Rekomi's affiliate terms](https://rekomi.com/legal/affiliate-terms).

## What you earn

30% of what a new customer pays for their first Beamline purchase through your link, excluding tax, and less any refund or chargeback. One commission per customer. The customer gets no discount. Purchases by you, by anyone in your teams or by accounts you control do not count. Card and PayPal purchases are reported to Rekomi by Paddle; crypto purchases are reported by us.

## Which link counts

The last partner link the customer opened in the 60 days before buying. If they signed up with your link and buy within 60 days, the purchase is yours unless they came through another partner's link since. A purchase we cannot connect to your link (a different device or browser, blocked cookies, a link without its code) earns no commission. Rekomi's records and our order records decide.

## Hold and payout

Each commission is held for 30 days, the refund window, then becomes due. Rekomi pays due commissions once your balance reaches $25, by Stripe, bank transfer or PayPal depending on your country, and collects any tax form it needs first. Rekomi deducts its payout fees as it shows you; see its [fees](https://rekomi.com/docs/affiliates/fees). A refund after you were paid is taken from your next commissions.

## Rekomi is a separate service

Rekomi is an independent company and acts under its own terms. We are not responsible for Rekomi's service: its tracking, records, account and identity checks, holds, fees, outages, errors, or a payout it delays or declines. Our obligation for a commission ends when we have funded it to Rekomi. If you think a sale was missed, write to us within 60 days of it; we will check our order records and decide in good faith. We may move the programme to another provider with notice on this page.

## Sharing your link

Say that you earn a commission next to your link, for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.” No spam, no ads on the Beamline name, no coupon or cashback sites, no fake reviews and no misleading claims about Beamline. We or Rekomi may cancel commissions from such traffic and close a partner account.

## Changes, taxes and law

We may change or end the programme with 14 days' notice on this page; commissions already earned stay payable under the terms they were earned under. You join as an independent partner, not an employee or agent, and you are responsible for your own taxes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to commissions due to you and not yet funded to Rekomi. Ukrainian law and the courts of Kyiv apply, subject to rights that cannot be excluded.
