Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who helps us, and how long we keep it. We do not sell data, show ads or track you across sites.
Who is responsible
Danylo Pravda, an individual in Ukraine, 100A Vasylkivska St., Apt. 467, Kyiv, Ukraine is the controller for the data described here. Contact: hello@beamline.io · +380 93 969 0229.
Visiting the site
beamline.io runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. Our pages load their fonts from beamline.io itself; the sign-in, account and checkout pages also load Clerk’s sign-in script (which keeps you signed in with its own cookies), and the card checkout loads Paddle’s. The site remembers your theme in your own browser’s storage; it never leaves your device.
Using Beamline from your agent
Your account lives with Clerk, our sign-in provider: your name, e-mail address, the Google or GitHub account you sign in with if you choose one, and the teams you belong to. When your agent connects it signs in through Clerk too, and we see who it acts for and which packs your teams own. We keep your orders (what, when, which way you paid) and short-lived install links. You can delete your account from your account page.
Buying Beamline
Card and PayPal orders are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record: Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy notice and never shares your card details with us. Paddle sends us your name, e-mail address, country and the order details, which we use to deliver and support your licence and to keep the records the law requires.
Clerk sends your sign-in codes and team invitations; Paddle and CoinGate send your receipts. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics)
- Clerk (sign-in, accounts and teams)
- Paddle (card payments, tax, invoices)
- Google (our support mailbox)
Some of them process data outside your country; they do so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Your account until you delete it; order records as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually several years). Install links expire after 30 minutes. Server logs at Cloudflare are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop a use of it, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@beamline.io; we answer within a month, usually much sooner.
