Your money back

If Beamline is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Paid by card or PayPal: reply to your Paddle receipt, or find your order at paddle.net and ask there, or write to us. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to the way you paid, usually within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your licence

A refund ends the licence: your team’s access to the paid elements and new versions stops, and the paid parts should come out of your apps. The free sample stays yours.

After the refund window

Something broken? Write to us anyway. We fix problems first, and we refund when we cannot.
